Sanitation of water coolers, or disinfection of the system through which the water passes, is mandatory, and it is performed every 5 months for individual buyers and is charged in accordance with the signed contract.

In case the buyer is not at the intended delivery address during delivery (the delivery person could not contact you by phone) and delivery cannot be made that day, the operator will subsequently call the buyer to agree on a new delivery date.
